The home at 215 W. North St., Knoxville was sold on May 28 by Joseph R Gough and Delores O. Gough (trust) for $95,000. The buyer was Mitchell J Palmer.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Delores O. Gough has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries and three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 215 W. North St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sally E. Johnson, 75, and Delores O. Gough.
