July 2021: Home prices in Knoxville increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Knoxville rose by $47,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 56.6% increase over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Knoxville in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,795, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
