Williamsfield Community Unit School District Finance Committee Met Aug. 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
The public meeting was held in the Kutkat Conference Room, near the Commons Area, within Williamsfield Schools in Williamsfield, IL at 6:00pm.
The meeting was called to order by committee Chair Jolene Tucker.
Roll Call was taken. Present: Jolene Tucker, April Bouchez, Kathy Wight, Teresa Stewart, Jennifer Beard, and Wes Wrage. Absent: Molly Warner.
There was an opportunity for public comment. None were fielded.
There was review and discussion of the tentative FY22 budget.
There was review and discussion of the 2021 school tax levy.
Motion by Beard, second by Stewart to recommend to the BOE to approve the tentative FY22 budget and 2021 school tax levy. All in favor. Motion carried.
Motion by Stewart, second by Bouchez to adjourn. All in favor. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned.
