At the special meeting of the county board of Warren County, Illinois, held at the courthouse in the city of Monmouth at 6:15 pm the following members were present:
PRESENT: Honorable Michael Pearson
Tim Bresnahan Sean Cavanaugh Danielle Cox Ryan Haptonstall Steve Hawkins David Jenks Lyman Schar Pat Spears Bill Thompson Robbie Way Todd Winkler
ABSENT: Dan Byers, Tiffany Cole, Melanie Monroe, Mark Richardson
CLERK: Tina M. Conard The chair declared a quorum present and the meeting was opened for business.
Ringland- Johnson Contract
Mr. Cavanaugh made a motion to approve the Ringland-Johnson Contract. Mr. Haptonstall seconded the motion and the following vote was taken:
Ayes: Sean Cavanaugh, Danielle Cox, Ryan Haptonstall, Steve Hawkins, David Jenks, Mike Pearson, Lyman Schar, Pat Spears, Bill Thompson, Robbie Way, Todd Winkler, Tim Bresnahan Nays: None Absent: Dan Byers, Tiffany Cole, Melanie Monroe, Mark Richardson
The chair declared the motion carried.
ORDINANCE #11-20-21
IDOT DOAP Agreement Mr. Thompson made a motion to approve the IDOT DOAP Agreement. Mr. Hawkins seconded the motion and the following vote was taken:
Ayes: Danielle Cox, Ryan Haptonstall, Steve Hawkins, David Jenks, Mike Pearson, Lyman Schar, Pat Spears, Bill Thompson, Robbie Way, Todd Winkler, Tim Bresnahan, Sean Cavanaugh Nays: None Absent: Dan Byers, Tiffany Cole, Melanie Monroe, Mark Richardson
The chair declared the motion carried.
Mr. Pearson also updated the board on the zoning code re-write.
RECESS
Mr. Bresnahan made a motion to recess the Special County Board Meeting. Mr. Way seconded the motion and on a voice vote the meeting was adjourned until 9:30 am on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, for the regular Warren County Board Meeting.
