Knoxville median home prices rose by 67.2% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Knoxville rose by $57,750 while total sales decreased by 52%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,750 - a 67.2% increase over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Knoxville in the first half of 2020.
