The first half of 2021: Home prices in Altona increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Altona rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $52,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Altona in the first half of 2020.
