East Galesburg median home prices rose by 32% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in East Galesburg rose by $8,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,000 - a 32% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in East Galesburg in the first half of 2020, as well.
