Falling home prices in Wataga in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Wataga fell by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 15.8% decrease over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wataga in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wataga for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,387, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
