The second quarter of 2021: Oneida experienced a 36.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Oneida fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 36.7% decrease over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oneida in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oneida for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,463, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
