Committee Reports

Water/Sewer:

• We now have 4 of the shut off valves. Three will be replaced and one as a spare.

• Will start jetting sewers soon. Streets/Garbage:

• Water standing in ditches. North Olin St. is about the only street that has standing water in the ditches. Dale spoke with Kevan Cooper and he suggested when it was dry enough to go in and make the correct slopes in the ditches so it drains properly.

• Oil & Chip on the North side is on track. County 4 will be addressed next year with using funds from RBI money.

• General Tap Parking: Using MFT funds can be a paperwork nightmare. It would be better to pay from General Fund. Waiting for estimate from Superior Asphalt.

Parks/Sidewalks:

• Park projects updates (mulch, shingling, painting etc....): Discussed digging a ditch for drainage by the Village Sign prior to landscaping.

Employee Report:

Adjournment: Keith motioned to adjourn at 7:38 p.m. and Dale 2nd the motion. All Ayes.
