City Of Galesburg issued the following announcement on Apr 24.
Through one-time payments, the State will grant billing relief for over 80,000 LIHEAP customers facing an imminent risk of shutoff of electric or gas utility service. A UDAP participant may receive a one-time credit of at least $250 up to a maximum of $5,000 for each eligible utility account.
