Member Bohler pulled New Business 8b. Jackson Subdivision.
Member Kumer moved to approve the amended agenda with a second from Member Hudson. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes January 5, 2021
Member Kumer moved to approve the Minutes from January 5, 2021 with a second from Member Bohler. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).

Member Kumer moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Bohler. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).

Planning and Zoning Officer Emmons presented the Zoning report to the committee.

\a. Discussion/Action: Ordinance: Amendment to Fulton County Zoning Ordinance 9.2 (XIV) (A)
Member Hudson moved to approve the ordinance with a second from Member Kumer. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0).
b. Discussion/Action: Jackson Subdivision-Mark Jackson Pulled
