McDonough County Road and Bridge Committee met Dec. 3.

The McDonough County Road and Bridge Committee held their monthly meeting at 7:00 P.M. Committee Members present included Chair Dave Cortelyou, Vice Chair Dick Marcott, Mike Cox, Ken Durkin Rod McGrew, and Marcia Twaddle. Members absent were George Dixon and Craig Foster. Other persons in attendance:Dave Cadwalader, Engineer Rick Walker, Patrick Stout, County Chair Scott Schwerer, and County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes.
Chair Dave Cortelyou called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Review Minutes from November 5, 2020
Member Durkin moved with a second by Member McGrew to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Project Update
Report given by Engineer Rick Walker. Walker is going to talk to the City of Macomb about Grant St.
November Work Report
Report given by Dave Cadwalader.
Claims
Member McGrew moved with a second by Member Durkin to approve the claims submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Other Business
A discussion was held on cleaning ditches.
County Chair Comments
County Chair Schwerer informed the Committee that the Board Organizational Meeting will be held in Courtroom 202on December 7, at 7:00pm.
Adjourn
Member Cox moved with a second by Member Twaddle to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m. Motion carried on a voice vote.
