Williamsfield Community Unit School District Facilities Committee Met Dec. 10.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

1. The meeting was called to order by committee Chair Lisa Hanson.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. Roll Call was taken. Members present were Eric Bell, Lisa Hanson, and superintendent Tim Farquer. Members absent were Chuck Ingle and Karsyn Bennett.
4. There was an opportunity for public comment.
5. Current building projects were reviewed and discussed.
6. Results of the roof bid process were reviewed and discussed.
7. Summer 2021 building projects were reviewed and discussed.
8. The 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan was reviewed, discussed, and prioritized. 
9. Motion by Bell, second by Hanson to make the following recommendations to the BOE.
   1. Approve roof work bid from R.A. Oldeen in the amount of $336,264
   2. Proceed with 5-year Capital Improvement Plan through FY22

All in favor. Motion carried.

10. Motion by Bell, second by Hanson to adjourn. All in favor. Motion carried.
