2. Roll Call
Roll call was taken, quorum present
3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Hoke moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Thompson.
Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
4. Approval of Previous Minutes
Member Deushane moved to approve the minutes from November 2, 2020 with a second from Member Hoke. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
5. Announcements, Communications and Correspondence – None
6. Public Comments
a. PUBLIC REMARKS- None
7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Deushane moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Medus.
Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
8. Zoning Office Report
Planning and Zoning Officer Emmons presented the Zoning report to the committee.
Discussion was had that a part time administrative assistant is still needed and this will be followed up on in 2021.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Date/Location/Time of Community Development Meetings for 2021
Member Bohler discussed the Community Development meeting schedule for 2021, and the committee will continue to meet the first Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm at the Fulton County Board Office.
Member Hoke moved to approve the 2021 meeting schedule with a second from Member Deushane. Motion carried by roll call vote (5-0).
