Central Community Unit School District No. 4 Board of Education met Nov. 10.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
A Special Meeting of the Board of Education was called to order by President Paul Swanson at 6:00 P.M. The meeting was held in the gymnasium at the Board Office in Ashkum, Illinois.
Roll Call
Upon the call of roll, the following members answered present: Swanson, Shule, Seibring, Meier, and Luhrsen. Absent: Beherns and Hack
Others in Attendance
Also in attendance were: Superintendent Evans, Marc Shaner, and Jeff Fenton.
Approval of Agenda
A Motion to approve the agenda was made by Member Shule and seconded by Member Seibring.
Motion passed without dissent.
Basketball
A Motion to approve the Illinois Department of Public Health basketball guidelines and continue with “no contact" days was made by Member Shule and seconded by Member Seibring.
Motion passed without dissent.
Adjournment
A Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting at 6:32 P.M. was made by Member Luhrsen and seconded by Member Seibring.
