Q1 2020 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Warren County?

There were seven offenders released on parole during the first quarter of 2020 that live in Warren County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Galesburg Reporter.

The data shows that five men and two women were released in Warren County. The median age of the parolees was 28. The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2019, and the oldest was a 44-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2018.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Jairo Camacho. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2018 when he was 42 years old. He is now 44.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the first quarter of 2020 in each Warren County municipality with at least one parolee in the quarter.
