Roseville FPD responds to 11 fires in 2018

Roseville Fire Protection District responded to 14 calls in 2018 - 600 percent more than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Roseville included 11 fires - three structure fires, two vehicle fires and six other fires.

In all, the department saw $39,800 in fire loss - or about $3,618 per fire.

The department also received three false calls.

The calls resulted in one civilian non-fire injury and one civilian non-fire death.

The Roseville Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $480,733 in 2018.
