In accordance with Executive Order 2020-10 issued by Governor J.B. Pritzker, this Board Meeting will take place virtually. Members of the public may listen by emailing efletcher@mr238.org to be added to the meeting link. Members of the public will not be allowed to participate in the meeting, but will be asked to identify themselves so their virtual attendance can be entered in the minutes of the meeting.

7.1 The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1))

8. Action Taken as a Result of Closed Session
