McDonough County ESDA & Claims Committee met June 16.

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, 2 nd Floor Main Courtroom. Committee Members present were Chair Dave Nissen, Vice Chair Letha Clark, Joe Erlandson, Dick Marcott, Trevor Toland, Travis Hiel, Julie Melvin and Ken Durkin. Also present was County Board Chair Scott Schwerer, County Clerk DeJaynes and Patrick Stout.
Chair Nissen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Approval of May 19, 2020 Minutes
Member Durkin moved, with a second by Marcott, to approve the May 19, 2020 minutes as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
ESDA Director Report
No report. Moving the EOC from the Rec Center to Tanner Hall.
Memorandum of Understanding McDonough County Alert System
None.
ESDA Claims
Member Durkin motioned to pass the ESDA Claims as submitted, seconded by Member Toland.
Motion carried on a voice vote.
Approval of Claims
Member Durkin moved, with a second by Vice Chair Clark, to approve the claims as submitted.
Motion carried on a voice vote.
Other
Chai Schwerer reported no positive Covid-19 cases in the last two days. Also, Chair Schwerer is hoping that meetings will be held in person next month.
Adjourn
Member Hiel moved to adjourn the meeting, with a second by Member Durkin. With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
