CALL HEARING TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
At 6:45 p.m. Board President Killey called the public hearing on the 2019-2020 Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Monmouth-Roseville C.U.S.D. #238 to order. The roll was read for the public hearing and the following Members responded: Bratcher, Froelich, Killey, Sells, Trego, and Watson (via phone) (6). Roll call #1
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Member Killey led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

PRESENTATION OF CERTIFICATE OF PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Superintendent Fletcher stated that the Tentative Budget had been on display for the required 30 days and Certificates of Notice of Public Hearing on Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Monmouth Roseville C.U.S.D. #238 were published in The Review Atlas. The Superintendent indicated no written objections had been filed during the period of public inspection.
