Wataga home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Wataga rose by $47,729 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 83.3% increase over the $57,272 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wataga in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Wataga for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,387, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
