McDonough County Finance Committee met June 10.

The monthly Finance Committee meeting was held at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was held via Zoom Call. Committee members present were Chair Travis Hiel, Letha Clark, and Trevor Toland. Vice Chair Aurelio, Member Nissen and Member McGrew were absent. Others in attendance included County Chair Scott Schwerer, County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes and Patrick Stout.
Chair Hiel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Review and Approve Minutes from May 13, 2020
Member Clark motioned to approve minutes from May 13, 2020, Member Toland seconded. Motion carried on a voice vote.
MCPT Report Review & Approval
Member Toland motioned to approve MCPT Report with a total of $4,684.50 for January-April, 2020, second by Member Clark. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Bushnell Senior Meals Report Review & Approval
Motion to approve May YMCA Senior Meals for $407.83 moved by Member Clark, second by Member Toland. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Coroner Report
The monthly Coroner Report was received and filed.
Monthly Financial Reports
The monthly Financial Reports were received and filed.
Transfer of Funds
None.
Warrants Issued in Vacation
County Chair Schwerer motioned to approve the Warrants Issued in Vacation, Member Clark seconded. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Board Approval of Transfer & Appropriation of Monies
None.
Approve Vital Records Budget Resolution
Motion made by Member Toland to approve Vital Records Budget Resolution, second by Member Clark. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Approval of Claims
Member Clark motioned to approve the Claims as submitted, County Chair Schwerer seconded. Motion carried on a voice vote.

County Clerk DeJaynes discussed the Elections Bill.

Member Clark moved with a second by Member Toland that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried on a voice vote. With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 6:29 p.m.
