McDonough County Finance Committee met May 13.

The monthly Finance Committee meeting was held at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was held via Zoom Call. Committee members present were Chair Travis Hiel, Letha Clark, Dave Nissen and Trevor Toland. Vice Chair Aurelio and Member McGrew were absent. Others in attendance included County Chair Scott Schwerer and County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes.
Chair Hiel called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
MCPT Report Review & Approval
No Report.
Bushnell Senior Meals Report Review & Approval
Motion to approve April YMCA Senior Meals for $1,080.17 moved by Member Toland, second by Member Clark. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Coroner Report
The monthly Coroner Report was received and filed.
Monthly Financial Reports
The monthly Financial Reports were received and filed.
Transfer of Funds
None.

County Board Chair Comments
County Chair Schwerer met with TimbukTech after asking all the Heads of Departments to send their concerns and comments.
Insurance meeting went well, probably no changes this year.

Member Toland moved with a second by Member Clark that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried on a voice vote. With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
