At the special meeting of the county board of Warren County, Illinois, held at the courthouse in the city of Monmouth at 8:00 AM the following members were present:
PRESENT: Honorable William Reichow, Tim Bresnahan, Dan Byers, Sean Cavanaugh, Tiffany Cole, Dave Greenlief, David Jenks, Mike McVey, Michael Pearson, Mark Richardson, Lyman Schar, William Thompson, Robbie Way, Todd Winkler
ABSENT: Steve Hawkins, John Ockert
CLERK: Tina M. Conard The chair declared a quorum present and the meeting was opened for business.
Mr. Pearson made a motion to approve closed session. Mr. Thompson seconded the motion and the following vote was taken,
Ayes: Dan Byers, Sean Cavanaugh, Tiffany Cole, Dave Greenlief, David Jenks, Mike McVey, Mike Pearson, Bill Reichow, Mark Richardson, Lyman Schar, Bill Thompson, Robbie Way, Todd Winkler, Tim Bresnahan
Nays: None
Absent: Steve Hawkins, John Ockert
Mr. Jenks made a motion to adjourn closed session. Mr. McVey seconded the motion and the following vote was taken,
Ayes: Sean Cavanaugh, Tiffany Cole, Dave Greenlief, David Jenks, Mike McVey, Mike Pearson, Bill Reichow, Mark Richardson, Lyman Schar, Bill Thompson, Robbie Way, Todd Winkler, Tim Bresnahan, Dan Byers
Nays: None
Absent: Steve Hawkins, John Ockert
Mr. Pearson made a motion to make a permanent change to the regular work week. Mr. Jenks seconded the motion and the following vote was taken,
Ayes: Tiffany Cole, David Jenks, Mike Pearson, Bill Reichow, Lyman Schar, Robbie Way, Tim Bresnahan Nays: Dan Byers, Sean Cavanaugh, Dave Greenlief, Mike McVey, Mark Richardson, Bill Thompson, Todd Winkler
Absent: Steve Hawkins, John Ockert
ADJOURN
Mr. Pearson made a motion to adjourn the Special County Board Meeting. Mr. Thompson seconded the motion and on a voice vote the meeting was adjourned until 9:30 am on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, for the regular Warren County Board Meeting.
