Knoxville Community Unit School District 202 Board of Education met April 7.

The Board of Education of Community Unit School District #202, Knox County, met in a special meeting duly called and held at 7:00 p.m. at 809 East Main Street Knoxville, Illinois, which is within the boundaries of said District. The President called the meeting to order and directed that the roll be called. Upon roll being called, the following members were found to be present virtually:
Mr. Ericson, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Lenz, Mrs. McCracken, Mrs. Myers, Mr. Stearns and Mr. Callahan
And the following absent:
It was moved by Member Ericson and seconded by Member Johnson to go into Closed Session at 7:02 p.m.
Roll call vote was as follows:
AYE: Mr. Ericson, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Lenz, Mrs. McCracken, Mrs. Myers, Mr. Stearns and Mr. Callahan
NAY: None
Whereupon the President declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Member Ericson and seconded by Member Lenz to go back into Open Session at 7:46 p.m.
Roll call vote was as follows:
AYE: Mr. Ericson, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Lenz, Mrs. McCracken, Mrs. Myers, Mr. Steams and Mr. Callahan
NAY: None
Whereupon the President declared the motion carried.
5. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Member Lenz and seconded by Member Ericson that the meeting be adjourned. The President put the question to the Board and the motion unanimously carried and the meeting so adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
