CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the United Board of Education was called to order at 6:00 p.m. via Google Hangouts on March 12, 2020. Member in attendance - Dana Poole Members in attendance remotely - Aaron Leary, Hank Shimmin, Joel Johnson, Craig Allaman, Kristin Dutton and Debbie King. Also in attendance remotely - Carson Clayton, Pat Coate, Chris Schwarz & Maggie Wallace.
AGENDA
Aaron Leary made a motion to approve the agenda with a second by Hank Shimmin. Roll Call: Aye – Dana Poole, Aaron Leary, Hank Shimmin, Joel Johnson, Craig Allaman, Kristin Dutton and Debbie King. Nay – none.
BID
A motion to approve the bid of American Electric in the amount of $338,000 for football lights was made by Aaron Leary with a second by Debbie King. Roll Call: Aye – Dana Poole, Aaron Leary, Hank Shimmin, Joel Johnson, Craig Allaman, Kristin Dutton and Debbie King. Nay – none.
CONSENT AGENDA
A resolution to approve the consent agenda as presented was made by Joel Johnson with a second by Aaron Leary. Roll Call: Aye – Dana Poole, Kristin Dutton, Craig Allaman, Joel Johnson, Aaron Leary, Hank Shimmin and Debbie King. Nay – none.
ADJOURN
Craig Allaman made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 p.m. Debbie King seconded the motion. Roll Call: Aye – Dana Poole, Debbie King, Kristin Dutton, Craig Allaman, Aaron Leary, Hank Shimmin & Joel Johnson. Nay – none.
