Oak Run home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Oak Run fell by $107,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 41.7% decrease over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oak Run in February 2019.
