Abingdon home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Abingdon fell by $43,100 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $11,250 - a 79.3% decrease over the $54,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Abingdon in September 2018.
