Abingdon home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Abingdon fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,250 - a 14% decrease over the $71,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Abingdon in October 2018.
