Knoxville home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Knoxville rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $71,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Knoxville in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,732, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
