Wataga home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Wataga fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,000 - a 39.5% decrease over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wataga in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Wataga for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,387, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
