Williamsfield home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Williamsfield rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $87,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Williamsfield in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Williamsfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,303, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
