Wataga home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Wataga fell by $26,500 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,500 - a 35.3% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wataga in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Wataga for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,387, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
