Williamsfield Community Unit School District Board of Education met Nov. 4.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
1. The meeting was called to order by Board President Stewart.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. Roll Call was taken. In attendance were April Bouchez, Lisa Hansen, Jolene Tucker, Lora Kutkat, Chuck Ingle and Teresa Stewart. Absent was Brian Howard.
4. There was an opportunity for public comment. None were fielded.
5. Motion by Hanson, second by Kutkat to approve the following Consent Agenda items.
Roll call vote: Bouchez - yes; Hanson - yes; Tucker - yes; Kutkat - yes; Ingle - yes; Stewart - yes. All in favor. Motion carried.
Consent Agenda Items
a. Approval of November bills
b. Approval of minutes of regular Board of Education meeting on October 15, 2019 6. 2019 ISBE school report cards and academic performance data were discussed.
7. Motion by Tucker, second by Kutkat to approve the annual bond abatement resolution.
Roll call vote: Bouchez - yes; Hanson - yes; Tucker - yes; Kutkat - yes; Ingle - yes Stewart - yes. All in favor. Motion carried.
8. After a motion by Hanson, second by Kutkat, the 2020-2021 diesel fuel pricing process was approved. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carried.
9. Mr. Farquer presented the administrative report.
10. Motion by Kutkat, second by Hanson to enter into executive session to discuss performance of personnel pursuant 5 ILCS 120. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carried.
11. Motion by Kutkat, second by Bouchez to return to open session. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carried.
12. Motion by Tucker, second by Kutkat to adjourn. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carried.
