Illinois State Police District 7 issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.

Some will post comments saying, “You don’t see that very often.” That is true, but just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
Thank you to all of the officers out there for the small acts of kindness you perform daily! Some seen by the public, some not.
