Illinois Department Of Corrections issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.
Sheridan Correctional Center staff hosted a bake sale for Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
They raised $418 and donated it to Safe Journeys, LaSalle County's domestic violence services provider. Way to go, Sheridan!
