The meeting was called to order by Board President Stewart.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call was taken. All BOE members were present.
There was an opportunity for public comment.
The Consent Agenda was approved.
All items listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a board member requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered individually.

A Health Life Safety amendment to replace a deteriorated sanitary pipe was approved.
Upon second read, updates to BOE Policy 2:160 were approved.
2020-2021 curricular offerings were approved.
Mr. Farquer provided a Central Illinois Bus-to-Grid Initiative update.
Mr. Farquer provided the monthly administrative report.
The BOE entered executive session to discuss employment and performance of personnel pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and student discipline pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9).
The BOE returned to open session.
The meeting adjourned.
