Knoxville Community Unit School District 202 Board of Education met Oct. 22.

The Board of Education of Community Unit School District #202, Knox County, met in a regular meeting duly called and held October 22, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at 809 East Main Street, Knoxville, Illinois, which is within the boundaries of said District. The President called the meeting to order and directed that the roll be called. Upon roll being called, the following members were found to be present;
Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Myers, Mr. Stearns and Mr. Callahan
And the following absent: Mr. Ericson, Mr. Lenz and Mrs. McCracken
4. Recognition of Visitors:
Also present were: Jeffrey Knox, Willa Deane Moore, Paula Knox and John Pulliam
5. One of a Kind Award: Mr. Callahan presented the award to Willa Deane Moore, for her years of service as the District Treasurer.
6. It was moved by Member Johnson and seconded by Member Myers to approve Consent Agenda Items 6.1-6.8.
Roll call vote was as follows:
AYE: Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Myers, Mr. Stears and Mr. Callahan NAY: None
Whereupon the President declared the motion carried.

9.1 It was moved by Member Stearns and second by Member Johnson for Approval of KHS Early Graduates.

Whereupon the President declared the motion carried.
9.2 It was moved by Member Myers and seconded by Member Johnson for Approval of Proclamation of Principals Day on October 25, 2019
AYE: Mr. Johnson. Mrs. Myers, Mr. Stearns and Mr. Callihan
NAY: None
Whereupon the President declared the motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Member Johnson and seconded by Member Stearns that the meeting be adjourned. The President put the question to the Board and the motion unanimously carried and the meeting so adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
