Safe Harbor Family Crisis Center issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.
Safe Harbor is closed today. We will reopen on Monday, December 2nd at 8:30 am. Our crisis line is available 24/7 for domestic violence emergencies. The crisis line is 309-343-7233 (SAFE).
