Old Business:

● Finn Scooter was demoed. The demo went well. The lease on the scooter is 3 years. Each scooter has an upfront cost of $600 plus $60 for shipping. The daily rental of the scooter is set by the course with three price points, $21, $26 or $31. At the $21 price, the course would receive $10 per rental. Renting the scooter would work either through the phone app or through a tablet. A credit card would be needed to rent the scooter. The money would go to a 3rd party (app) and then the course would receive a check for its share of the revenue. The lease is based on each scooter being rented 100 rounds per season. More discussion on the scooter will be had at the October Golf Commission Meeting.

● The RFP is out for the cart rental with proposals due October 16th. The recommendation to the City Council will occur at the November 4th City Council Meeting.

New Business:

● A discussion on the possibility of raising the concession prices for the 2020 season occurred. It looks like prices may be increased $.25 or so on most concession items.

● The City budgeted to renovate the patio at Bunker Links. The patio will be concrete and there will be shade of some sort along with new tables and chairs. Staff is working on having this complete by May 1, 2020.

Citizen Comments:
