Altona home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Altona fell by $17,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,750 - a 19.2% decrease over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Altona in the first half of 2018.
