Williamsfield home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Williamsfield rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 86.7% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Williamsfield in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Williamsfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,297, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
