Abingdon home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Abingdon fell by $23,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,500 - a 35% decrease over the $66,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Abingdon in April 2018.
