Knoxville home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Knoxville rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 18.3% increase over the $69,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Knoxville in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
