Illinois State Senate District 37 issued the following announcement on Aug. 26.
Senator Chuck Weaver is hosting a Town Hall August 27 in Galesburg.
The Town Hall is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m. in the Library at 40 E. Simmons St. in Galesburg.
“Our Town Hall is an opportunity for residents to learn more about their state and local governments, and share their thoughts on legislative and municipal issues,” Senator Weaver said. “It also helps us to get to know the community better, listen to your ideas, and help with your concerns if we can.”
