Abingdon Community Unit School District 217 Board of Education met May 14.

1. The special meeting of the Abingdon-Avon CUSD 276 Board of Education was held on May 14, 2019. The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. with Brooks presiding. The following members were present: Serven, Craver, Terwilliger, Mason, Hess, and Brooks. Mr. Quinn was absent.
2. A motion was made by Mr. Craver and seconded by Mr. Serven to approve the Hedding Grade School Boiler Piping Bid from Winger Companies. Roll call: Serven, yea; Craver, yea; Terwilliger, yea; Mason, yea; Hess, yea; and Brooks, yea. Motion passed.
3. A motion was made by Mr. Brooks and seconded by Mr. Hess to approve the Curriculum Director Contract. Roll call: Serven, yea; Craver, yea; Terwilliger, yea; Mason, yea; Hess, yea; and Brooks, yea. Motion passed.
4. A motion was made by Mr. Serven and seconded by Mrs. Terwilliger to approve the FY20 Consolidated District Plan. Roll call: Serven, yea; Craver, yea; Terwilliger, yea; Mason, yea; Hess, yea; and Brooks, yea. Motion passed.
5. A motion was made by Mr. Serven and seconded by Mr. Craver to adjourn at 6:46 p.m. Roll call: Serven, yea; Craver, yea; Terwilliger, yea; Mason, yea; Hess, yea; and Brooks, yea. Motion passed.
