Williamsfield home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Williamsfield rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 54.9% increase over the $56,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Williamsfield in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Williamsfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,297, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
