Williamsfield home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Williamsfield rose by $38,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,500 - a 115% increase over the $33,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Williamsfield in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Williamsfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,297, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
