Henderson Co Public Library District issued the following announcement on June 28.
It’s Showtime & Painting at Your Library! Tuesday, July 9, 2019, 10:00 a.m., Grades 4-8, $5.00/participant.
Cherry Simmons, Retired West Central High School Art Teacher, will be your painting instructor. Participants will be creating a mixed media collage on canvas with acrylic paint. Bring in what interests you – a photo of your favorite movie or book character, etc. for your collage. Create a piece of artwork that you will enjoy hanging on your wall.
